The Shopify integration helps support agents deliver great customer service seamlessly. Gorgias integrates deep with Shopify so you can pull customer data directly into the dashboard. Also, you can modify orders, initiate refunds, and do a variety of things that would otherwise require you to visit the Shopify admin dashboard. In Gorgias, you can tag conversations with custom tags for future reference. You can receive a support query through Gorgias via email, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Automate frequently asked questions with highly customized macros. Lastly, they offer intent detection, which allows you to detect customer intents such as shipping, refunds, and exchanges. A user can then set up automatic replies or tag tickets to route them. Cons: Gorgias is not very user-friendly. Drawing value from the product requires a steep learning curve. The price is extremely high. A plan with all the features costs $750/month with a cap of 6000 tickets. Gorgias isn’t particularly conducive to collaboration. Changing support reps or asking for help when you need it is difficult. Collaboration with your team might require you to use another internal chat tool. Some customers say Gorgias is more of a ticketing system than a conversation tool, but this is more a matter of personal preference. Instead of treating customers like lifeless tickets in 2021, store owners prefer to converse with them.
