With Heyday, you can send automated welcome messages and other wait time communications. Bots can also be customized to meet your specific needs. ‍The dashboard isn’t very user-friendly. 

It can also be difficult to navigate the tool. Heyday’s base plan starts at $49/month. Nevertheless, this plan only supports 200 conversations, which is far too few for most eCommerce brands. It does not integrate with Instagram, Facebook comments, or email. You can only generate a limited number of reports with Heyday, according to reviews.
