How does the 14-day free trial work?
All paid plans (Growth, Advance, and Business) come with a full 14-day free trial – $1 will be refunded after payment method verification. You’ll have complete access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. After 14 days, you can continue with that plan or you can cancel to continue using the Free plan with limited features.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
If you choose annual billing, your pricing gets reduced worth 2 months charges – that’s effectively a 10% discount compared to paying monthly. The features are identical; the only difference is the billing frequency.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to a higher plan instantly, and the difference will be prorated based on your current billing cycle. If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you won’t lose any features you’ve already paid for. You can also move back to the Free plan at any time.
What happens when I hit my AI response limit?
Each plan includes a set number of Eva AI tokens per month. Once you hit that limit, Eva AI will be ineffective until the next billing cycle or until you purchase the addon, but rest of the features will continue working normally. If you need more AI capacity, you can add the Eva AI add-on.
Which plan is right for my team size?
Free is great for solo founders or very small teams (up to 2 agents). Growth works well for small teams up to 5 agents testing out automation. Advance is ideal for growing teams with 12 agents who need deeper integrations and social media channels. Business suits larger teams with 25+ agents who need advanced automations, SLA tracking, and full omnichannel support. If you’re not sure, start with the plan closest to your team size — you can always adjust later!
What are 'Customer Profiles' and why do they matter?
Customer Profiles are essentially your contact database. Each customer regardless of their identity who reaches out to you (via chat, email, social media, etc.) counts as one profile. These profiles store conversation history, contact details, and custom data, so your team has full context every time someone gets in touch. Each plan has a specific limit on the number of customers allowance. If you’re approaching your limit, we’ll let you know so you can upgrade before hitting it.
What's included in the Eva AI and Copilot add-ons?
Eva AI addon gives you AI usage from 5M up to 50M. Which allows you to utilize Eva AI driven features such as Eva AI chats with customers, generating answers manually by the agent, crafting perfect messages, Auto translate messages, etc. This is perfect if you need to scale AI beyond your plan’s base limits. Bring your own key feature gives unlimited token usage for available AI features. Addons are subject to availability as per your chosen plan.
Do I get charged for each social media channel?
Nope! Whichever ticket channels are included in your plan, will not be charged separately.
Can I cancel anytime, and will I get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription anytime, there’ll be no refund. You will be able to continue using your plan until the billing cycle ends. You won’t be charged for the next billing cycle. And your account will be moved to the free plan with limited features. In that case if you are using the paid features which are not available in the free plan, you will be asked to remove or reduce that from your account to be able to continue with the free plan.
What if I need more than what the Business plan offers?
If you’re a larger organization with custom needs, we’d love to discuss an Enterprise plan tailored to you. For that you must compile your custom pricing plan details by referring to our highest paid plan.
