First go to your Weglot Dashboard.

👉Go to Settings and choose “App Settings”

👉There you will find Dynamic elements.

👉Click on Add Dynamic and a pop-up will open. Add .translator__wrapper as the value in SELECTOR input as can be seen in the screenshot below and you can add your desired description in the DESCRIPTION field although the description is optional then click on Save.

👉After that you will find that the selector is added.

👉Go to Translation Exclusions in Settings and click on Add Rule under Excluded Blocks.

👉Add #desku__customer__reply__editor as value in BLOCKS TO EXCLUDE input as can be seen in screenshot below and you can add your desired description in the DESCRIPTION field although description is optional then click on Save Rule.
